![]() ![]() I discovered this book more or less by serendipity: as soon as I finished Chiang’s previous compilation Stories of Your Life and Others, I looked up Chiang’s name and works since I adored it so much (in case you haven’t read it already, check out my review on Stories of Your Life here ( Part I and Part II)-honestly it is just so good). ![]() I will be reviewing Ted Chiang’s second and newest story compilation, Exhalation: Stories. ![]() I would love to talk more about the books I read and the random-but-interesting thoughts that passed my mind, but if I were to be diligent and write down every single thing I wanted to talk about, paper might be as scarce as masks right now.Īnyways, I have decided to devote my first post after a year-long hiatus to a book review-my favorite type of post in this blog. A lot of things have surely happened over the past 13 months. I keep making “doing blog posts regularly” one of the first lists of my New Year’s resolution, and yet here I am, shamefully starting this blog post 2.5 months late. Hope all of you are doing well amid the unfortunate COVID-19 outbreak. ![]()
